Lemon & Pudding Cake

This year, for my Grandmother's birthday I decided to focus on her favorite flavors for the cake - lemon and raspberry.  This is a lemon cake with a lemon pudding filling between the two layers.  It has a delicious whipped cream & cream cheese frosting and the decorations are lemon curls and raspberries.  The guests at the party said it was the best cake they had ever eaten... after a 10 minute silence while they all enjoyed it.
